5 Tips to Keeping Your Vehicle
Cool this Summer

1.) Tint Your Windows-

  • Because window tints either absorb or reflect UV light, they keep your car cool (and the interior from fading.

2.) Check Vehicle Fluids -

  • Coolants and other fluids protect your car from overheating and help avoid long-term damage. (Older coolants need to be changed every 2 years or 24,000 miles.)

3.) Solar Powered Car Fan -

  • Yes! These do exist. Powered by the sun you're able to hang this mini-fan from your window where it keeps your car cool for when you return.

4.) Keep Your Windows Slightly Cracked -

  • Check to be sure that you can't fit your arm through the crack in your window. Even a small crack will promote ventilation and help to keep your car cool.

5.) Park In The Shade -

  • Obvious, yes, but it works! By limiting the amount of direct sunlight your car gets, you'll minimize the heat buildup inside. Plus, you'll save your cars interior from sun/heat damage.
